DescriptionIf any wrong has been done, it lies at her door, and Thomas Wright has misunderstood her meaning; Romeley is not inhabitable in winter, so would be pleased to have Mr. Wright at Brighouse, but Elizabeth Garland expects rent for the lands; Elizabeth Garland is ready to come into Thomas Wright's project, but will want to get the house on 6 or 12 months notice; she ever saw Romeley capable of improvement, and thinks Mrs. Wright wants only a good bait.
