DescriptionReciting settlement of 25 Oct 1826, on marriage of John Walker and Georgiana Bossley, and reciting will of Georgiana Walker [D547M/F1], and that if she died intestate the only persons entitled to her personal estate would have been Deborah Catherine Crompton, widow, her sister, and Mary Elizabeth Sarah Olivier, her niece; recites also appointment of new trustee by deed of 13 Apr. 1855 [D547M/F2], and that John Walker died on 23 Dec. 1859; recites that it is unclear whether by will of Georgiana Walker, Deborah Crompton is entitled to a moiety of the trust funds for life, or whether it should be divided between her and Mary Olivier; Alfred and Mary Olivier are satisfied that intent of will was to allow Deborah to receive income of moiety for life, and trustees have been instructed accordingly; now John, George, Alexander, Deborah, Mary, Alfred and Mary discharge the trustees Thomas Hill and Edward Walker from all demands relating to trust monies, except for one moiety of the trust remaining in their charge for Deborah Crompton's life.
