DescriptionTo his uncle Thomas Wright, for ever, the manor of Birkin with advowson, on condition that he pay such law charges and costs of suit as Vannam has expended and will expend about the estate of Birkin, and on condition to repay the suit of £200 that Vannam paid his mother in law Ann Clayton as part of consideration of deed of settlement [12 May 1713], and the £125 and interest now owing to Vannam from Ann Clayton;
To Thomas Wright and Francis Sitwell of Sheffield, his 8th part in his grandmother Archer's estate, and the part of the estate Vannam will get on death of his aunt Mary Archer, in trust to give his sister Young the rents and profits for life, remainder to her son Richard, remainder to subsequent sons, then daughters, then right heirs of grandmother Archer;
