Description
to his wife Mary Ann, all household goods in their house at Belmont in Brampton;
to brother Edward, solicitor, of Lincolns Inn, all real estate and all household goods in house where testator lives in Chesterfield, if Edward dies, then legacy to his son;
to Mrs. Harriet Walker, wife of testator's younger brother, the late Francis Morgan Walker, £200;
to Hugh Eccles Walker, M.D., of Chesterfield, 100 guineas;
to sisters Margaret and Ann, £50 per annum each for life;
to old servant Mary Baggaley, £26 per annum for life;
rest of personal estate in trust for wife to receive annual income;
brother Edward to be sole trustee and executor, but if he dies then trustee and executor is to be wife's brother George Lucas, of Aberdeen Place, Maida Hill, Middlesex.
