Further Information	191 Pubd June 8 1817 by Thos Tegg 111 Cheapside According to BM Sat 12916 the scene refers to a fight between two lawyers, Adolphus and Andrews. They had been working together on a Police Act on Vagrants or Rogues and Vagabonds, but on the way out a comment made by Adolphus led Andrews to attack him.
