Description | On the right, a drunk and dishevelled-looking man wearing a cocked hat and tie-wig, stands with one hand in his pocket, the other out-stretched and says: "Here I am - I hate to be idle. I have been spinning out the evening." He addresses a stout, well-dressed man on the left, standing with his hands behind his back, who replies: "So I perceive - and now you are Reeling it home".
