Administrative History	A school had existed in Baslow since the early 19th century, but the present school buildings were erected in 1876 on a site given by the Duke of Rutland. The school was a National School, but became voluntary aided in 1950 and changed its name to St Anne's C E Primary School.
Custodial History	These items were deposited by the Headteacher in May 2001.
