| Administrative History | Blackwell parish is one of the ancient parishes of Derbyshire. The church is dedicated to St Werburgh. The parish of St Thomas in Derby was formed out of the parish of St James the Greater in 1883. The church, in Pear Tree Road, Litchurch, was dedicated in the same year. |
