Caption on reverse identifies the following individuals, all standing on a stage (left to right): the Treasurer of the Royal Society, the Duchess of Athlone (Princess Alice), Queen Elizabeth, King George VI, Robert Robinson, the Duke of Athlone, Gertrude, Lascelles, Lady Herbert.
D5395/23/2 (ii): Showing guests walking through lobby of Beveridge Hall, University of London (the last few letters of which are visible on the wall). Caption identifies (left to right): Queen Elizabeth, King George VI, Gertrude, Robert Robinson, the Duchess of Athlone, the Duke of Athline, Lascelles, Treasurer of Royal Society.
