with final concord between
Hugh Bateman and Isaac Borrow, plaintiffs, and
Richard Taylor and Francis Gregg, deforciants,
of the manor of Litchurch, a messuage, shop, 14 acres of land, 13 acres of pasture, etc in Litchurch and Derby, in consideration of £260,
