Copy cases to counsel concerning a difference of opinion between Sir Henry Every and Mr Abraham Hoskins relating to a pew in the parish church of Newton Solney, allegedly sold by Sir Henry in Mar 1812 as part of the appurtenances of a messuage and farm containing 86 acres for £8676 and occupied by Mr Hoskins and his tenants for 18 years
