Includes ref to will of J S B Coates made 1 May 1922 and proved 11 Jun 1937 after death of J S B Coates 10 May 1936, 21 Aug 1937 with Memorandum of conveyance from H Hall and Mary Witham to Murray Alan Cresswell and Shirley Cresswell of house and garden in Fountain Square, 25 Nov 1982, with Memorandum of conveyance from H Hall and M Witham to Zelda Elaine Hadfield of house, previously butcher's shop, and garden in Fountain Square, 29 Nov 1982
