Description	Conveyances of land purchased from the Hon Henry Howard (2nd son of the Earl of Arundel and Surrey) by Anthony Bennett of Brackenfield and Raph Smith of Hognaston on 7 Apr 1660. The purchases were made by Messrs Bennett and Smith as trustees on behalf of the people named below, and these deeds are formal conveyances to the new owners, all dated 14 Jan 1660/61 except D5212/2/14 which is dated 15 Oct 15 Charles II [1664]
