Archive CreatorCurzon family of Lockington
Administrative HistoryThe Curzon family of Lockington/Leicestershire traced its descent from Richard Curzon, a younger son of the Kedleston family (see D3295) in the mid-seventeenth century. Although based in Leicestershire, the family maintained an interest in property in Derbyshire.
