Description	Reciting conveyance of trustees (5, 6 Feb 1678/9) of Scropton manor, moiety Boylston manor, Church Broughton rectory, and appurtenances, with manors of Kings Bromley, Armitage, Handsacre, and Ridware, Staffordshire, to use of Charles for life. Declares further uses - trustees to pay debts and legacies of £1000 each to daughters Katherine and Vere at 21, £20 per annum until then; black colt to son in law John Stanhope and £10 each to his wife and son; Scropton Mill profits to Agard's wife; £100 per annum to Charles' eldest son John till legacies paid 15 Feb 1658/9
