DescriptionStocks (the residue of John Fleming's personal estate) to be sold and laid out in purchase of real property according to John's will and Chancery Order (7 Jul 1777) in Fleming v Lascelles; Jane's own property to be sold and £3000 of proceeds to go to Charles, up to £5000 to purchase a town house near London, residue to buy stock to provide portions for children; Derbyshire manors etc. in above recovery limited to Charles for life with remainders to trustees to raise £2000 per annum, after Charles death, for Jane, and to their children
