Includes the following item described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
D517 Box 21 Bundle 4/29bA - Plan of the road leading from Smalley through the late Mr. Richardson's Estate to Noon's farm in the County of Derby Surveyed Jan. 10th 1764. Surveyor: [J.] Beighton. Scale: of 10 chains [1:2400] Size: 41 x 27 cm. Materials: ink on parchment, road coloured. Centred on: SK414440. Notes: compass rose, east at top. Shows road with adjoining hedges and field names, Smalley Wood, fish pond, adjacent closes, buildings in plan: endorsed 'Survey of road from Smalley to Noon's Farm 1764'.
