Described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows: [Heanor, No title]. [18c.] Scale: no scale shown. Size: 24 x 47 cm. Materials: ink over pencil on paper. Centred on: SK452476 Notes: no orientation, west at top. Rough sketch map shows Heanor church, the Mar Pool and River Erewash. 34 acres in Mr. Calthorp's estate at Miln Hey: some enclosures on Langley Common: Heanor Common also shown and 'coals not got' and 'the level lost' noted.
