Descriptionto her brother Henry Kirke of Martinside, Arnold Kirke, his son, Thomas Gee of Lydiate (Lancs) and Thomas Mellor, her brothers in law, a messuage and lands at Hordern, subject to the rent charge as above (D513/M/E/210) upon trust to pay out of the rents and profits, 20s p.a to the poor of Chapel en le Frith and the residue to the schoolmaster of Chapel; a messuage at Blackbrook, held under lease from John Cresswell of Litton, to Thomas, son of Thomas Mellor, charged with the payment of £10 each to Anne, Dorithy, Elizabeth and Elen Mellor, his sisters; to her brother Thomas Kirke of Whitehills, all her farm at Saltersford (Ches); to Henry Kirke and Arnold his son, all her interest in a close in Peak Forest, called Little Close, to be equally divided; to Henry and Mary, children of Thomas Mellor, £10 each; to Arnold, Henry and Ellen Kirke, £10 each; to Thomas, Mary, Margarett and Joan Kirke, £10 each; to Raph Gee and Anne his sister, £5; 10s to Robert Walker of Tideswell; to the children of George Walker of Knowlow, £10; to John Titherton, her servant, £5 and a bed; to her mother Anne Kirke and her sisters in law Anne Kirke and Elizabeth Kirke, 1 guinea each; to her sisters Elizabeth and Ellen Mellor, 1 guinea; to her aunt, Grace Cresswell, 5s; to Nicholas, Elizabeth and Hannah Cresswell, 10s each; 5s to Mary Carrington; to Arnold Kirke £5; to Thomas Gee, 10s; the residue of her real estate to Henry Kirke, Arnold Kirke, Thomas Kirke and Thomas Mellor
