Robert Earl Grosvenor, Viscount Belgrave, Baron Grosvenor of Eaton (Ches), to Joseph Rowland of Llyn y Pandu, Mold par (Flint.), timber merchant, of all mines and veins of lead and calamine under a parcel of land (32.sq.meres - each mere being 30 yds. by 15 yds) at Pantypwdw in the parish of Holywell (Flint) for 21 years, paying a royalty of 30s. for every ton of lead ore and 20s. for every ton of calamine (with plan). 29 Sep
