Description
Joanna Green died on 26 Oct 1877. Mrs. Green had two sons, James and John Francis, and a daughter, Rebecca. She married George Furniss. Rebecca set up a trust for her deceased mother in 1880.
By Autumn 1904 the bulk of the estate of the late Mrs Green held in trust for here late daugther for life. After Rebecca's death, it was to be distributed amongst her children. However, the distribution was delayed by the illness and subsequent death of Joanna's brother, James Green. James had moved to Seaforth, Lancashire.
