Administrative History	Administrative History The firm was incorporated in 1932 and was acquired by the Butterley Company in 1947. They worked a quarry at Mugginton and another one at Hulland from 1952. The quarries were sold to Hoveringham in 1965, and the firm was wound up in 1966.
