Title
Lease by Humphrey Manyfould of Ashbourne, yeoman, to Joan Parker of Ashbourne, widow, of a messuage at Ashbourne, in Joan's occupation, with all the glass in the windows thereof and all the inner doors, locks, keys, bolts, snecks and catches belonging thereunto, also a croft on the backside with all the pales, stoops and rails that separate the said croft from the backside of Benjamin Taylor, with all outbuildings etc subject to free liberty to the said Benjamin to fetch water from a well in the said croft for a term of 80 years, if Joan shall so long live, at a rent of £4 a year, 14 Feb 1669/70
