Description
Turnpike Trustees' Qualification Declaration Book, 1840-1849. The road is defined as running "from North End of the Town of Derby in the county of Derby to Sheffield in the County of York and from Duffield to Wirksworth in the County of Derby". The cover bears a number "5"; apparently contemporary with the entries inside.
Printed forms of undertaking: Undertakings signed by eleven individuals between 1840 and 1849
Contained inside: Postcard, 1912, addressed to Rev. Canon Prior, Morton, Alfreton, from W Stevenson. Asks questions about provision of altar and altar rails in 1633-1635 at "your church".

Turnpike Trustees' Qualification Declaration Book: 1851-1871. The cover bears a number "6" : apparently contemporary with the entries inside.
