Administrative History
An Independent congregation first met in 1861 in Holymoorside as a branch of the Chesterfield Independent Church. On 14 December 1862 the new Congregational Church was opened. It became part of the Congregational Union. In 1972, as part of the amalgamation of churches, it became a United Reformed Church.
Custodial History
The records were deposited in the Derbyshire Record Office in October 1998.
