D4770/30/5-6 Articles of agreement and deed of partition for division of estates by lot (method described in detail) and deed of partition of estates of which Simon Degge of Whetstone, Middlesex, died seised: 1) Elizabeth Wingfield of Stamford, Lincolnshire widow was allotted manor of Bowden, Bowden Hall, messuages and lands, all in Chapel en le Frith, 2 messuages, 2 church pews, 2 orchards in St Peter's parish, Derby, houses and lands at Alvechurch and Beoly, Worcestershire. 2) Margaret Smith widow (formerly Horsman) and sisters Alice, Ann and Jane Horsman, all of Bath were allotted Blyth Bridge Hall, mill at Blyth Bridge with kiln, houses etc, messuage at Booth, Staffordshire, houses at Kidderminster, new built forge formerly a fulling or walk mill, new house etc, 3 new houses near the tollgate at Broadwaters, Worcestershire 3) Manor of Fenny Bentley, messuages and lands in Fenny Bentley were allotted to Margaret Jackson of Hoxton, Middlesex widow (18 Jan and 18 Feb 1768).
