Title
Lease and release by Anne, Countess Dowager Massereene in the kingdom of Ireland, only child and heir of Henry Eyre of Derby, deceased, to Francis Hutchinson of Killala (Co. Mayo), esq, eldest son of Samuel, Lord Bishop of Killala and Achonry, of a messuage at Loads Moor with appurtenant closes of land and also a piece of common or waste at Chapel en le Frith known as the Eccles (bounds recited).
