Title	Surrender by Hugh Pierce of Langley Mill to G R Turner Ltd of lease dated 31 Jul 1905 of 700 square yards of land leased to Pierce until his death, resignation or dismissal etc on which at his own expense he was to build a house costing at least £600 (£600 to be repaid him on ending of the lease). Pierce has now resigned his position as manager employed by Turners and releases the land and buildings and the Company from all covenants, 19 Aug
