DescriptionDeed of feoffment in trust from Elizabeth Kirk of Breaston, widow of Robert Kirk late of Breaston, cooper, deceased, to Thomas Walthow of Draycott, gent, in trust for John Kirk, the son of John Kirk late of Breaston, cooper, deceased, and grandson of Robert Kirk, of a messuage and adjoining croft of land containing 2 roods in Breaston, in consideration of 10 shillings, reciting lease and release of 23-24 June 1790 from Elizabeth Kirk to Francis Jessopp of Derby, gent, for the conveyance of the said messuage and croft in consideration of £30 subject to a proviso for the redemption of the property on 25 December 1790, 2 August 1790
