Parties: (1) George Vernon of Sudbury, esquire, and (2) Edward Goodale of Aston, parish of Sudbury, yeoman.
Property to be held for a term of the 3 lives of Edward Goodale, Jane his wife and Thomas Goodale, son of Michael Goodale his brother.
In consideration of surrender of lease and of £200 and one guinea.
Dated 27 January 7th year of reign of King William III 1695 [by modern reckoning 1696].
Parchment sheet, with seal applied on tag, signed by Edward Goodale.
Endorsed with old number "A. I. 22".
