Property (lately in the tenancy of Edward Tompson, deceased) to be held for a term of the three lives of Thomas Johnson, Anne his wife and Elizabeth their daughter, at the yearly rent of 28s 8d.
In consideration of £300.
Dated 25 March 25th year of reign of King Charles II.
