Property (lately in the tenancy of Edward Tompson, deceased) to be held for a term of the three lives of Thomas Johnson, Anne his wife and Elizabeth their daughter, at the yearly rent of 28s 8d. In consideration of £300. Dated 25 March 25th year of reign of King Charles II. Schedule of "averages", duties and services, attached. Parchment sheet, seal missing from tag, signed by Thomas Johnson. Endorsed with old number "A. I. 20".
