Witnesses: Richard Colyer, of Notingham, William Folnyle of the same place, William Cote of the same place, Nicholas Skynner of Ilkeston, Adam Peyntour and others. Dated at Nottingham Wedneday the Feast of St Benedict 41st year of reign of King Edward III.
Parchment sheet, with seal on tag.
Endorsed "Curzon", with old number "S. III. 5".
