| Description | John Curson of Kedleston and Nicoll Fitzherbert of Norbury, esquires, decide that Anne should hold for life the said lands and tenements, except that Nicoll Montgomery shall take the issues and profits of a tenement in Sudbury, 14 shillings a year from a pasture called the Halle Orchard, 15 shillings a year from parcel of the land called Rickards Thing, 8 shillings a year from a close called Feny Croft, 6s 8d a year paying 4 marks a year to Nicoll Montgomery. Dated 11 August 13th year of reign of King Edward IV. Parchment sheet, with two seals on tongues. Endorsed with old number "S. III. 19". |
