Title
Deed of quitclaim by Robert de la Mulneton to William Montegomery, his heirs and assigns, of a capital messuage called le Mulneton with all houses, structures, gardens and curtilage with all his arable land on each side of the River Dove and all his meadow and water mill of Sudbury

Description
Property also with all “following goods”, pond and water course and all other appurtenances: also (quitclaim), pannage for 28 pigs in the wood of Sudbury and also pasture for sixty sheep in the pasture of Sudbury and 30 cattle and four mares in the same pasture, with housebote and heybote and [gathering] firewood to burn.
Witnesses: William de Meynel, Henry de Braylisford, Egidius de Meynel, Ralph de Monjoye, Roger de Marchinton, knights, Roger de Ridewar, Ralph de Bakepur, clerk, Richard de Kyngisley, and Ralph de Bosco of Douvebrug' [Doveridge] and others.
Undated, probably early part of reign of King Edward I.
