Property comprising the manor of Somersal Herbert, 3 messuages, a water corn mill, 3 gardens, 100 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 80 acres of pasture, 100 acres of furze and heath, and common of pasture in Somersal Herbert, West Broughton, Doveridge, Sudbury and Hill Somersal with appurtenances.
Dated Easter Term and sealed at Westminster 10 May 22nd year of the reign of King James.
Parchment sheet, with remants of seal in paper bag on tag.
Endorsed with old number "S.S. I. 8"
