Property comprising the manor of Somersal Herbert, 3 messuages, a water corn mill, 3 gardens, 100 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 80 acres of pasture, 100 acres of furze and heath, and common of pasture in Somersal Herbert, West Broughton, Doveridge, Sudbury and Hill Somersal with appurtenances.
Reciting jointure of Anne Fitzherbert, wife of Francis Fitzherbert for the holding of the manor of Weston Underwood and lands in Weston Underwood and Parwich in consideration of £500.
Dated 13 April 22nd year of the reign of King James.
Parchment sheets, with two seals on tags, signed by Francis Fitzherbert and Thos Milwarde.
