Parties: (1) Robert Fitzherbert of Somersal Herbert, gentleman, and Dorothy his wife, and (2) William Mylward of Eaton, esquire, and William Browne of Marston Montgomery, gentleman.
In consideration of the marriage intended between Francis Fitzherbert, son and heir apparent of Robert Fitzherbert, and Anne his wife, daughter and heir apparent of William Browne.
Dated 1 August 1st year of the reign of King James.
Parchment sheet, with small remnant of seal on tag, signed by Wm Browne.
Endorsed with old number "S.S. I. 5".
