Parties: (1) Thomas Villiers of Hanbury, county of Stafford, gentleman, and (2) James Fullwood of Stapenhill, gentleman.
In consideration of £42 8 shillings.
Reciting indenture of lease by Richard Tonycliffe of Somersal Herbert, gentleman, dated 27 April 1658, to Thomas Villiers to be held for a term of 99 years at the annual rent of a peppercorn.
Parchment sheet, wth seal on tag, with signature of Thomas Villiers.
Endorsed with old number "S.S. I. 30".
