Wall gives Fitzherbert a close of land called Milne Bank and one day's work in the Coningrey Field and 4 selions of arable land in the Intake in Somersal Herbert, in exchange for one acre of meadow late in the possession of William Leigh, clerk, in Somersal Meadow (between Baryford Brook and the Constables Piece), another acre of meadow late in the possession of William Gallimore in Somersal Meadow, and one half of an acre in the Hay Meadow in Doveridge Dated 14 Janruary 1659 [year likely to be 1660 by modern reckoning].
