Parties: (1) John Fitzherbert of Somersal Herbert, esquire, and Mary his wife, and (2) John Allcock of the Green near Calton, county of Stafford, yeoman.
In consideration of £98.
To be held for the term of 99 years, during the three lives of John Allcock, Elen [sic] his wife and Elizabeth Allcock his daughter.
Dated 2 January 1651 [year likely to be 1652 by modern reckoning].
Parchment sheet, missing seal from tag, with mark of John Allcock.
Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of possession and seisin.
Endorsed with old number "S.S. I. 25"
