Title
Indenture of conveyance by bargain and sale with feoffment by John Bladen to Henry Bladen, of a cottage with parcels of land in Somersal Herbert

Description
Parties: (1) John Bladen of Hill Somersal, parish of Sudbury, husbandman, and (2) John Bladon of Potters Somersal, parish of Sudbury, husbandman.
Property comprising a cottage lately in the occupation of Robert Tonnycliffe, in the manor of Somersal Herbert, with a close of ground called the Pingles, a close called the New Close, three selions of land in Coningree Field and a parcel of meadow (1 rood) in the Broad Meadow.
Dated 6 February 1649 in the deed but year likely to be 1650 by modern reckoning.
Parchment seal, with seal on tag, signed by John Bladon.
Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of possession and seisin.
Endorsed with old number "S.S. I. 21".
