Reciting payments by John Fitzherbert to his brothers and sisters, the childen of Anne Fitzherbert, namely 100 marks to Joyce Fitzherbert, 100 marks to Ellen Fitzherbert, 100 marks to Robert Fitzherbert, and 100 marks to Dorothy Fitzherbert, 100 marks to Anne Fitzherbert, with undertaking to maintain Nicholas Fitzherbert and Appalina Fitzherbert, the youngest children of the mother Anne Fitzherbert, until they attain their full age [21 years old] and then to pay them 100 marks each, and with undertaking to provide for the mother Anne Fitzherbert appropriate housing in a chamber, food and drink and a child or servant to attend her.
To be held for the term of the remainder of her life.
