To be held for a term of 120 years at the annual rent of 24 shilllings. Dated 30 October 43th year of reign of Queen Elizabeth. Parchment sheet, missing seals from two tags, signed by William Atkinson and Robert Jackson. Endorsed with old number "S. I. 12".
