Parties: William Atkinson of the Inner Temple, esquire, and Ralph Allyn , citizen and mercer of London and (2) Mary Vernon, widow of John Vernon late of Sudbury, deceased.
In consideration of the accomplishments of the declaration of John Vernon concerning the payment of £500 to Grace Vernon and Elizabeth Vernon, two daughters of the said Mary Verrnon. Dated 25th June 6th year of the reign of King James.
Parchment sheet, with two seals on tags, signed by Willm Atkinson with mark of Raphe Allyn,
Endorsed with delivery of seisin, 19 July 6th year of reign of King James [1608].
Endorsed with old number "R.I. 7".
