Description
Parties: (1) William Atkinson of the Inner Temple, esquire, Raphe Allyn , citizen and mercer of London and Edward Vernon of Sudbury, esquire and (2) Mary Vernon, widow, late wife of John Vernon late of Sudbury, deceased.
In consideration of the accomplishments of the declaration of John Vernon concerning the payment of £500 to Grace Vernon and Elizabeth Vernon, two daughters of the said Mary Verrnon. Dated 25th June 6th year of the reign of King James.
Parchment sheet, missing 3 seals from tags, signed by William Atkinson and Edward Vernon, with mark of Raphe Allyn.
Endorsed with old number "R.I. 7".
