Parties: (1) Sir Richard Fleetwood of Colwich, county of Stafford, baronet, (2) John Hayne of Offcote, parish of Ashbourne, gentleman, and (3) George Vernon of Sudbury, esquire.
Reciting indenture of assignment by Sir Richard Fleetwood and John Hayne to George Vernon to George Bowyer, of the same date.
Dated 20 March 25th year of reign of King Charles II.
Parchment sheet, with seal in paper wrapping on tag, signed by Rich'd Fleetwood, Bar., and tag with seal missing, signed by Jo. Hayne.
Endorsed with old number "A. I. 1.c".
