Parties: (1) George Bowyer of Uttoxeter, county of Stafford, gentleman, and (2) Richard Fleetwood of Colwich, county of Stafford, esquire.
Reciting demise by the King to Edward Vernon, esquire, for a term of 31 years, 1 December 1660, and assignment by Edward Vernon to George Bowyer, 4 December 1660.
Dated 16 January 19th year of reign of King Charles II.
Parchment sheet, with seal in paper wrapping on tag, signed by G. Bowyer.
Endorsed with old number "A. I. 1. b".
