| Administrative History | It is known that the Primitve Methodists had had a presence at Cressbrook since at least 1844, as it is recorded in a Bradwell Circuit preacher's plan of that date. They did not have their own chapel but used rooms in private houses until, in 1931, an actual chapel building was erected. This building was called Trinity Chapel. |

With the exception of D4099/10/1, these records were deposited in an envelope marked 'papers left after sale' and postmarked November 1972. |
