Administrative History
Doe Lea, later Bramley Vale Primary School. The school was opened on 7 December 1885 as Doe Lea School. It became Doe Lea County School later, before becoming Bramley Vale County Primary School in 1965. The school was destroyed by fire in February 1932, which resulted in the loss of a log book for 1929-1932 and the pre-1932 admission registers.

The records were transferred in June 1994, with additional transfers up to June 2019.
