Endorsed with a schedule of acknowledgement of the right of production of the disclaimer to the purchasers of the estates of Thomas Fentem, ie Litton Gate Field, Eyam (1 acres 1 roods 33 perches) (James Furness of Gt Hucklow, farmer), 2 closes on Foolow Moor adjoining Stretchem Lane (4 acres 3 roods 30 perches), (Thomas Goodwin Carr of Sheffield, fish dealer), a croft near the Ball Inn, Middleton Dale (3 roods) (Nottingham Brewery Ltd), Mill Lane Pingle (1 acres 2 roods 32 perches) and closes called Foot Road Field, Nether Field, Farm Field and Barn Field (10 acres 2 roods 13 perches) (James Kitchin of Sheffield, cutlery manufacturer), a messuage called Hedon Hall with lands at Hedon, Outnewton and Dimlington and a fourth share in tithe rents upon lands at Marfleet in Holderness (Yorkshire) (John Thornhill, Gt Longstone, gentleman)
